This role is designed for candidates who have previous experience in outbound sales or a similar role and can begin contributing with minimal training.This is a hybrid position based in Addis Ababa:3 days on-site at our office in Bole2 days remoteThe ideal candidate is confident on the phone, understands outbound sales responsibilities, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST).Schedule & Work EnvironmentMust be able to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hoursHybrid work schedule (on-site + remote)Office location: Bole, Addis AbabaMust have own computer/laptop and strong, reliable Wi-Fi for remote daysKey ResponsibilitiesMake 80–120 outbound cold calls per day to U.S.-based prospectsExecute outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and LinkedInPerform structured and consistent follow-ups with potential clientsQualify leads based on business needs, readiness, and fitSet appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales teamAccurately log calls, emails, and outcomes in the CRM systemTrack and report  calls made, emails sent, and meetings bookedWork independently while meeting daily and weekly performance targets
