About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering front office customer service support at the branch. This role involves managing account maintenance, processing payment and collection transactions, handling cash and non-cash operations, and responding to customer inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities

Provide front office customer service support at the branch
Handle and verify account maintenance transactions
Process payment and collection transactions
Execute cash and non-cash transactions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Address and resolve customer requests professionally

Working Conditions

Location: Kawo Tona Branch, Addis-Abeba, Éthiopie. This is a branch-based position requiring regular customer interaction and handling of financial transactions.
