## Title: Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional service to our customers by processing transactions, managing cash operations, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction while promoting our banking products and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Process cash payments and receipts accurately
  • Execute financial transactions in compliance with banking standards
  • Promote and sell bank products and services to customers

Required Profile
