Role Purpose The Communications Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all internal and external communications related to Prana Events’ exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and corporate initiatives. The role ensures consistent messaging, a strong brand narrative, effective media engagement, and high-quality content delivery across all communication channels. Within the event and exhibition industry, this role safeguards the credibility, visibility, and professional image of Prana Events and its event brands before, during, and after each event.  Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications Planning • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with marketing plans and event objectives. • Define messaging frameworks for: – Events and exhibitions – Exhibitors and sponsors – Visitors and industry stakeholders – Corporate and institutional communications • Ensure communications strategies are adapted for different event formats and industry sectors. • Align communications plans with campaign calendars and event timelines. Content & Messaging Management • Oversee the creation and quality control of all communication content, including: – Event announcements and press releases – Website and landing page content – Email campaigns and newsletters – Social media messaging – Event guides, manuals, and information materials  • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, tone consistency, and brand alignment. • Maintain and manage content calendars linked to event milestones. • Ensure messaging supports stakeholder engagement and event objectives. Media Relations & Public Relations • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry publications. • Plan and execute media coverage strategies for events and corporate initiatives. • Coordinate press briefings, interviews, press conferences, and media invitations. • Ensure timely distribution of press releases and media kits. • Manage media presence during live events in coordination with operations and marketing teams.  Digital Communications Oversight • Oversee digital communication channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist. • Ensure consistency of messaging across:   – Websites – Social media platforms – Email marketing tools • Guide digital storytelling aligned with event narratives and brand positioning. • Ensure real-time communication readiness during live events. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination • Provide leadership and guidance to the communications execution team, including: – Digital Marketing Specialist – Content Creator • Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure quality and deadline adherence. • Work closely with the Creative Director to align visual assets with messaging. • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to deliver integrated campaigns. • Support the Relationship Manager with tailored communicatio...
