About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Bid/Tender Revenue Specialist to drive revenue growth through successful participation in competitive tenders. This role owns the full bid lifecycle—from opportunity identification and qualification to strategy, submission, and conversion—ensuring high win rates, full compliance, and strong financial impact. The successful candidate will be strategic, detail-oriented, and focused on winning the right opportunities while protecting profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify high-value tender opportunities aligned with company revenue and margin targets
  • Apply structured ROI analysis and lead Go/No-Go decisions to prioritize high-probability bids
  • Develop clear win strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning for each bid
  • Lead end-to-end proposal preparation, ensuring professional, compelling, and compliant submissions
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and commercial teams for accurate and competitive proposals
  • Ensure 100% compliance with tender requirements, including legal, financial, and technical documentation
  • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and standardized bid processes
  • Track bid pipeline, win rate, and revenue performance, and provide regular performance reports
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to improve future win probability and cost efficiency
