Job Purpose

To ensure proper logistics and distribution systems for company products and administer company vehicles to provide effective service to all departments and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily occupation plans for inter-plant transfers and agent deliveries, with execution follow-up
• Prepare daily and monthly trip reports for drivers
• Prepare fuel consumption reports and monitor fuel budget for all vehicles
• Prepare empty collection plans from agents and follow up on execution
• Process transport reimbursement payments for sub-agents
• Submit monthly mileage reports
• Manage vehicle drivers and fleet operations
• Receive and report non-conforming products from agents
• Submit breakage reports from agents
• Manage warehouses during interim assignments in the absence of Customer Service Manager
• Coordinate product distribution across departments
• Monitor daily GPS reports for vehicle tracking
• Ensure all vehicles are ready for internal customer service
• Control fuel consumption of rented vehicles and prepare reports
• Provide rental cars for sales officials based on company eligibility matrix
• Request, follow up, and process credit fuel consumption and monthly car rental payments
• Notify suppliers of issues with rented vehicles
• Maintain records and documentation in compliance with established standards
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
