Human Resource Management

Workforce Planning

• Plan manpower requirements of the project
• Ensure right staffing based on project timeline

Performance Management

• Monitor employee performance
• Support performance improvement plans

Payroll & Compensation

• Supervise payroll preparation
• Ensure overtime and allowances are correct
• Manage employee benefits

Employee Relations

• Handle disciplinary cases
• Resolve workplace conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor law
• Manage grievance procedures

General Service Management

Administration & Office Management

• Manage office operations
• Supervise administrative staff
• Ensure availability of office supplies

Transport & Fleet Management

• Supervise company vehicles
• Monitor fuel usage
• Ensure vehicle maintenance

Facility & Asset Management

• Manage office buildings and site camps
• Maintain company assets
• Control fixed asset records

Security & Safety Coordination

• Supervise security guards
• Ensure workplace safety compliance
• Coordinate insurance coverage
