## Title: Telemarketer
About the Position
Reality Share Company is seeking a qualified Telemarketer to join our team at our Head Office location in Addis Ababa.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Contact prospective customers using provided phone directories to sell products
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
- Obtain and record customer information including name, address, and requirements
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand customer needs
- Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
- Complete customer surveys to gather information about potential customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
