## Title: Technical Programme Manager – Gender-Based Violence and Mental Health & Psychosocial Support

Child Safeguarding

Level 3: The post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g., once a week or more) or intensively (e.g., four days in one month or more, or overnight) because they work with country programs, visit country programs, or are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process for staff.

Risk and Compliance

The role holder is required to carry out duties in accordance with Save the Children International Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption policy and code of conduct. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and complying with Save the Children International policies and procedures
  • Not committing any act of fraud, bribery, or corruption
  • Understanding risks in their area/role and implementing mitigation measures
  • Reporting any suspected fraud, bribery, or corruption immediately
  • Declaring conflicts of interest in accordance with internal procedures
  • Completing mandatory training related to ethics and anti-fraud measures

Role Purpose

The Technical Programme Manager is responsible for overall strategic and technical guidance for the European Union-financed Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) project. This is a multi-year, integrated multi-sector project including:

  • Post-conflict GBV prevention and response
  • Mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS)
  • GBV and mental health clinical management
  • Livelihood reintegration interventions for survivors

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure project interventions across all partners are implemented to the highest standard
  • Provide high-quality and timely technical support in close coordination with Thematic Advisors
  • Ensure context-specific and common implementation approaches across implementing partners for quality interventions
  • Develop strong external relations with key stakeholders
  • Maintain quality and timely communication and strong relationships with stakeholders
