Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Showroom Sales Division Head, the Showroom Sales Officer will work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to provide a variety of company products. You will deliver expert product knowledge, professional selection assistance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and their representatives in product planning and selection
• Apply consultative sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective follow-up practices
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors in the showroom, understand their needs, deliver product presentations, and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to follow up with customers
• Prepare quotations based on client specifications and requirements; process and handle payments accordingly
• Utilize appropriate office technologies and computer systems to process and track orders, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
• Maintain the showroom as a professional place of business in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure all sales activities comply with the company's terms, conditions, and policies
• Accurately record and file all client-related documentation
• Prepare regular reports for the division and participate in internal sales and management meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Showroom Sales Division Head
