The institute transforms the agriculture sector through policy and analytical studies, technical implementation support, capacity building, stakeholder coordination, and innovative pilot interventions.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Project Officer, you will contribute to ATA's mission by:

• Supporting the implementation of agricultural development programs and initiatives
• Conducting policy and analytical studies related to gender, youth, and social inclusiveness
• Providing technical implementation support and capacity building in safeguarding practices
• Coordinating platforms to better integrate partners and projects
• Designing and leading innovative and pilot interventions
• Facilitating knowledge exchange and learning opportunities with national and international partners
• Supporting evidence-based decision-making in Ethiopia's agricultural sector
