Senior Maintenance Engineer (ATM Workshop)

Job Summary

The Senior ATM Maintenance Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ATM components and modules in the central workshop. The role ensures that all repaired hardware and software meets OEM quality standards, is tested thoroughly, and is ready for redeployment. The engineer provides technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, supports troubleshooting of complex issues, and contributes to process improvements within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair ATM hardware and software components
• Conduct thorough testing of repaired equipment to ensure compliance with OEM quality standards
• Prepare hardware and software for redeployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians
• Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the workshop
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities
