Senior Human Resources Officer

Specializing in medium and heavy-duty vehicle bodies. Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and internal governance standards.Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures,Plan, organize, and lead all HR and performance management functions in alignment with corporate strategy.Oversee end-to-end recruitment, placement, promotion and transferEnsure effective HR information systems and secure personnel data management.Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual HR and performance reports, manpower plans, and forecasts.
