Kaliti Food S.C. is seeking energetic, committed, and self-motivated Regional Sales representative to join our growing team.Department: Marketing and Sales Reports to: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Locations: Mekele, Jimma, Wolayita, Chiro, Harer & Dessie. Positions Available: 6Job PurposeThe Regional Sales Representative (RSR)- is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products within the assigned geographic area. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The RSR will drive market development, agent recruitment, sub-distribution, and secondary sales, while providing market insights to supervisors to support evidence-based decision-making and volume growth in their territories.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit and assign distributors in designated areas.Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and growth opportunities.Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.Identify and qualify new leads through networking, sub-distribution, secondary sales, and daily market visits.Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key distributors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, new market creation, business linkages, inventory status, and performance against KPIs.Schedule regular check-ins with agents, wholesalers, sub-distributors, and retailers to gather feedback and address concerns.Support agents in achieving monthly KPIs through secondary sales-out initiatives.Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth distribution from warehouse to end customers.Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.Manage and motivate distributor sales drivers to deliver optimal customer service.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Monitor and evaluate competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.Assess territory potential to expand markets and drive volume growth.Compile and present market intelligence reports with actionable recommendations.Prepare daily reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, customer development, and other assigned metrics.What We OfferMonthly salary and attractive commission package.A dynamic work environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.
