## Title: Technical Supervision Consultant - B+G+9+Terrace Guesthouse Project
Client
Ethiopian National Association of the Blind invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of Technical Supervision Services.

Location: Mekanisa Abo, Lafto Sub City Woreda 08, Addis Ababa
Project Type: B+G+9+Terrace High-Rise Guesthouse
Total Built-up Area: Approximately 6,900 m²

- Basement + Ground Floor + 9 Floors + Terrace
- 72 residential units (Studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom)

- Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Scope of Services
The selected consultant will provide the following services:
- Full-time construction supervision
- Quality control and assurance
- Contract administration
- Payment certification
- Variation and claims assessment
- Schedule monitoring
- Testing and commissioning supervision
- Defects Liability Period monitoring
