Project Mananger / Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams; assign tasks and track progress
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting; provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; implement corrective actions
• Manage change control processes and maintain project documentation
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and post-project retrospectives and lessons learned sessions
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors as required
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
