A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. About the RoleWe are seeking a Manager – People, Culture & Communications to lead our people operations, workplace culture initiatives, and internal and external communications. This is a cross-functional role suited to a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced, modern organizations and can balance HR operations, culture-building, communication strategy, and brand coordination.The role reports directly to executive management and plays a key role in shaping employee experience, strengthening internal alignment, and ensuring consistent communication with customers and external stakeholders as the organization grows. Key ResponsibilitiesLead people operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsDesign and implement workplace culture, engagement programs, and internal communication initiativesDevelop and execute communication strategies for internal teams, customers, and external stakeholdersOversee company social media and YouTube strategy through coordination with external agencies and partnersEnsure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channelsCoordinate customer-facing communications with sales, operations, and technical teamsManage and evaluate external agencies related to branding, digital media, and communicationsPrepare reports, plans, and strategic recommendations for executive management
