Job Summary

The Junior Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling apartment units, handling client inquiries, organizing and conducting site visits, and supporting the overall sales process from initial client contact through to closing the sale.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and market apartment units to potential clients
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for interested buyers
• Provide accurate information about apartment features, pricing, and payment options
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Assist in negotiating sales agreements and closing deals
• Prepare and maintain sales records and reports
• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving sales targets
