Junior HR Officer

About the Role

BESYS Technologies PLC is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join the Human Resource Department as Junior HR Officers. In this role, you will provide essential support across all HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and attendance management
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Facilitate onboarding and employee orientation programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper filing systems

Working Conditions

Full-time position based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Two positions are available.
