Director of Collaboration & Partnership

Job Summary

Derash Ekub is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Collaboration & Partnership to lead and manage the company's external partnerships, institutional relationships, and strategic collaborations. As a senior leader in this early-stage financial startup, the Director will oversee daily operational coordination, financial oversight support, and administrative systems while acting on behalf of the General Manager when required. This role combines strategic partnership leadership with operational authority and executive-level responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration (Primary Focus)

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with financial institutions and key stakeholders
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry forums
• Draft and review partnership agreements in coordination with legal counsel
• Build long-term institutional relationships that strengthen market positioning
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure mutual value creation

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily cross-functional operations to ensure efficiency
• Establish operational systems, policies, and performance tracking
• Align departments to execute strategic initiatives
• Report operational performance to the General Manager and Board

Financial Oversight & Coordination

• Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial discipline
• Coordinate with finance to oversee cash flow and operational expenditures
• Ensure financial compliance and internal controls
• Support financial planning and growth strategy

Market & Growth Execution

• Support expansion initiatives and new market entry strategies
• Analyze market trends and partnership opportunities
• Coordinate project implementation across teams

Stock, Asset & Administrative Oversight

• Supervise stock management and asset control systems
• Ensure accountability and transparency in resource management
• Oversee administrative operations and systems
