## Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and articulate Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Addis Ababa. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic planning and execution. You will manage specific project assignments, ensuring they are delivered on time while maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project life cycles from initial assignment to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are met
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to management and clients regarding project status, risks, and results
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are realistic
  • Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in project workflows and implement practical solutions

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in project coordination or management

Required Skills

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, persuasive manner
  • Exceptional coordination abilities with proficiency in managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Amharic (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides)
