Workshop Manager

Job Summary

The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities within the ATM Maintenance Workshop, ensuring that defective ATM components and modules are repaired, refurbished, and tested efficiently. The incumbent manages workshop engineers, technicians, and spare parts coordination to maintain high-quality repair standards, minimize downtime, and support overall ATM network performance. The Workshop Manager also ensures adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all repair and refurbishment activities within the ATM Maintenance Workshop
• Manage workshop engineers, technicians, and spare parts coordination
• Maintain high-quality repair standards and minimize downtime
• Support overall ATM network performance
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic faults in ATM systems
• Manage multiple repair workflows and meet project deadlines
• Coordinate reporting and communication across work units

Required Skills and Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ATM hardware and software systems, diagnostics, and module repair
