The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to ensure smooth delivery of training services, effective coordination with trainers and participants, and continuous improvement of training operations across all TradeEthiopia programs and platforms.Job PurposeThe Training Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the operational and administrative aspects of training programs to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality training delivery.Key Duties and Responsibilities:As a Customer Success Training Officer, you are assigned the following core responsibilities:Manage TESBINN training attendees, alumni, and certification subscribers.Coordinate with trainers to ensure all programs are delivered smoothly. Plan, organize, and deliver professional training sessions for clients and partners in line with Trade Ethiopia’s training strategy.Manage and support international and local training subscribers, ensuring timely delivery of promised training services.Use the company’s digital platforms to handle training enquiries, registrations, and participant follow-ups.Maintain daily communication with trainees and clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.Prepare and share training reports, evaluations, and client performance updates.Prospect and research new training opportunities, including industry expos, coffee training programs, and related trade events.Organize and align training content with international standards, including quality assurance, packaging guidelines, and certification requirements.Support logistics for training activities, including sample preparation, virtual sessions, and field visits.Track training service delivery forms, client performance, expirations, and renewals.Ensure high levels of trainee satisfaction and continuous improvement in training outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate training schedulesManage trainee registration, attendance, and training documentationLiaise with trainers, trainees, colleges,...
