Training Coordination & Follow up Officer

About the Role

Breakthrough Trading S.C is seeking a Training Coordination and Follow-up Officer to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs. This position is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement training programs based on needs identified by supervisors or customers
• Conduct surveys to determine customers' training needs in specific job functions and areas
• Develop and deliver training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, online learning, or e-learning programs
• Design and develop computer-based training programs using special software packages such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter
• Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, workbooks, and presentations
• Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs by collecting data on participant satisfaction and retention rates
• Recommend new technologies for use in training programs based on industry trends and clients' needs
• Perform related duties as required
