Key ResponsibilitiesA. Field Sales ExecutionPlan and manage daily and weekly sales routesEnsure full coverage of assigned retail outletsMonitor call frequency and order qualityCoach sales representatives on executionB. Performance ManagementSet daily, weekly, and monthly targetsTrack individual sales performanceConduct ride-along and field coachingAddress underperformance quicklyC. Pricing & Credit EnforcementEnsure adherence to approved price listsPrevent unauthorized discountsMonitor customer credit and collectionsEscalate credit risks immediatelyD. Reporting & DisciplineCollect and verify daily sales reportsValidate orders and customer dataSubmit accurate territory reportsEnforce reporting timelinesE. Market & Customer FeedbackMonitor competitor activityTrack customer complaints and issuesProvide feedback to managementIdentify micro-opportunities5.
