Position Overview

The Senior Technical Expert is a pivotal role responsible for leading and overseeing all technical aspects related to construction materials, equipment, subcontract works, and services. This position ensures the highest standards in technical evaluations, sourcing, quality assurance, and subcontractor management. The role also involves supervising company-owned subcontract works, ensuring that all processes meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Technical Expert will collaborate closely with vendors, project managers, procurement teams, and clients to ensure technical specifications align with project objectives and company strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Evaluation and Sourcing

Lead technical evaluations and provide recommendations for sourcing high-quality construction materials and equipment locally and internationally
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with technical standards, quality expectations, and client requirements
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify the most suitable, innovative, and cost-effective products

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Oversee the inspection and verification of all construction materials and equipment to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Ensure compliance with local and international construction regulations and standards
Develop and implement robust quality control processes to maintain consistent product and service standards

Subcontract Works Oversight

Supervise and manage all subcontract works owned by the company, ensuring that execution aligns with project specifications, timelines, and budget
