Role Overview

The Senior Electromechanical Manager holds a critical position combining engineering expertise with operational leadership. This role encompasses planning and budgeting, designing, equipment procurement oversight, and installation coordination. The position manages the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of all food processing machinery, packaging equipment, and utility systems, including standby and prime power generators. The successful candidate will ensure all machinery operates at peak performance, adheres to strict health and safety standards (HACCP/GMP), and minimizes downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Technical Operations

• Generator Management: Oversee maintenance, repairs, fueling, and testing of industrial generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply for food production lines
• Equipment Maintenance: Plan and oversee routine, preventive, and emergency repairs of food processing machinery including mixers, cookers, fillers, and conveyors
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production lines
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment
