Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Review and interpret technical drawings and resolve technical issues on site
• Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of work procedures
• Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports for payment certification
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to avoid delays
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
