About the Position

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Analysis

• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Identify new markets and target customer segments

Brand & Communications

• Strengthen brand identity and positioning
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms
• Lead advertising, promotion, and public relations activities

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns
• Oversee digital marketing activities (social media, website, email marketing)

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead and manage the marketing team
• Evaluate employee performance
• Support training and professional development initiatives

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Set and monitor marketing KPIs
• Analyze sales and market performance
• Prepare and present reports to senior management

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with the Sales team
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations departments
• Strengthen relationships with partner organizations and agencies
