About the Role

Flintstone Engineering S.C is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Senior Finance Officer to join our finance team. With 5 years of experience, you will bridge the gap between day-to-day accounting operations and high-level financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and comply with IFRS
• Assist the Finance Manager in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, tracking variances, and explaining differences
• Support preparations for external audits and ensure tax filings and statutory requirements are met on time
• Maintain and improve financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
• Ensure data entry, transaction processing, and all transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and systematically documented
