Senior Accountant

An established company is recruiting for the following position. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.• Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.• Review and approve financial transactions and journal entries.• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.• Participate in the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.• Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.
