Our company is the pioneer in introducing Ready-Mix concrete, Magnesium board/panel technology, Light Gauge Steel, K Span, and Kum Kang building system to Ethiopia and maybe East Africa.This guarantees customer satisfaction and trust by providing high-quality products, high service that is useful, safe, and reliable.Duties & Responsibilities System Design & PlanningDesign water supply systems (cold & hot water)Design drainage and sewerage systemsPrepare plumbing layout drawingsCalculate pipe sizes, water demand, and drainage capacityEnsure systems comply with standards and codesDrawing Review & Technical CoordinationReview architectural and structural drawingsCoordinate plumbing works with other disciplines (civil, electrical, HVAC)Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawingsResolve design conflicts on siteSite SupervisionSupervise installation of plumbing systemsEnsure proper pipe alignment and slopeInspect installation of fixtures (toilets, sinks, valves, pumps)Monitor workmanship qualityMaterial & Equipment ControlPrepare material specificationsVerify delivered plumbing materialsEnsure quality of pipes, fittings, pumps, tanksApprove materials before installationTesting & CommissioningConduct pressure testing of water linesPerform leakage testingSupervise system commissioningEnsure proper system functioning before handoverCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with building codes and sanitation standardsFollow environmental regulationsMaintain safe working practicesEnsure proper waste disposal systemDocumentation & ReportingPrepare daily/weekly reportsMaintain technical recordsSubmit inspection reportsPrepare handover documentationMaintenance & Troubleshooting SupportIdentify plumbing system defectsProvide technical solutionsRecommend corrective actionsSupport maintenance team after project completion
