Position Overview
We are hiring 12 Sales & Marketing Officers to promote and sell our cloud-based School Management Software. This role requires a strong combination of door-to-door (field) sales and digital/social media marketing, targeting private schools across Addis Ababa and other regions.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable meeting school owners, principals, and administrators in person. This is a dynamic opportunity to join an expanding team and make an impact in the education technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales visits to schools, engaging with principals, owners, and administrators
- Promote and sell the company's cloud-based software solutions
- Identify, approach, and engage potential school clients
- Present product demonstrations and close sales deals
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and existing prospects
- Create, post, and promote content on social media platforms
- Record short promotional videos and publish them online
- Collect market feedback from schools and report findings to management
