The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to support business growth. Reports To: Factory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers on your route, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell company products to customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs
- Take customer orders, process them accurately, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor stock levels at customer locations, manage inventory, and ensure product availability and visibility on shelves
- Efficiently plan and execute daily routes to maximize productivity and meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels; provide regular reports to management
- Gather feedback from customers and market insights to help improve product offerings and services
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other sales staff to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies
- Monitor market and sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approaches accordingly
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records as required
