Public Bid Announcement: Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Waste Collection Supplies

About the Role

PETCO Ethiopia Recycling Community Organization is seeking qualified suppliers to provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and waste collection supplies for distribution to support newly established SMEs across different clusters in Addis-Abeba.

Scope of Supply

The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering the following items to specified standards:

• Overall Work Coats: Heavy-duty cotton/polyester blend with reinforced stitching, multiple pockets, and high-visibility strips
• Sun Hats: Wide-brimmed design with UV-protective fabric, breathable mesh vents, and adjustable chin strap
• Safety Plastic Boots: Waterproof PVC/Rubber construction with anti-slip soles and chemical resistance
• Industrial Gloves: Puncture-resistant nitrile or heavy-duty rubber-coated gloves for enhanced grip
• Medium Waste Sacks: Approximately 50-60L capacity, heavy-duty polyethylene construction, leak-proof with minimum specified micron thickness
• Large Waste Sacks: Heavy-duty polyethylene construction, leak-proof with minimum specified micron thickness

Bidder Requirements

• Must be an eligible and qualified supplier with proven experience in PPE and waste management supplies
• Capable of meeting specified product standards and quality requirements
• Able to deliver supplies to Addis-Abeba
