Project Officer (ELK, P2D & BRIDGE Projects)

About the Organization

The Leprosy Mission (TLM) is seeking three qualified Project Officers to support the implementation of ELK, P2D, and BRIDGE projects in Oromia Region.

Position Overview

This role focuses on strengthening leprosy control, disability inclusion, community engagement, and health system capacity in collaboration with government and community partners. Project Officers will coordinate project activities, support health facilities, work with community and religious institutions, and ensure effective program delivery.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Program Coordinator
• Number of Positions: Three (one per zone)

Duty Stations (Secondment)

• East Hararge Zone – Harar City
• West Hararge Zone – Chiro Town
• Jimma Zone – Jimma Town

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project implementation
• Strengthen disability inclusion and leprosy programs
• Support health facilities and community structures
• Conduct supervision, training, and monitoring
• Facilitate partnerships with government and NGOs
• Prepare reports and document best practices
