Project Manager / Site Manager (Vacancy Code - Building 008/2026)

Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to control, direct, and coordinate all members of the project team. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are successfully planned, executed, and completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project teams during the project negotiation stage with the client
• Prepare the Project Quality Plan at project commencement
• Review project scope of work including drawings, specifications, Quality Plans, Contracts, Safety and Environmental protection plans, and project implementation programs
• Organize, direct, coordinate, and motivate project team members
• Plan and establish the work breakdown structure and budget in accordance with cost estimates for effective cost control
• Ensure procurement schedules for materials and sub-contractors are planned, scheduled, and maintained
• Continually improve work processes and project team output
• Control and direct all sub-contractors to ensure execution and quality of their obligations
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for client representatives
• Optimize and implement manpower management, safety policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with stated quality control requirements
• Ensure adherence to Quality Plan requirements
• Complete projects on time, with quality standards met, and within budget
• Prepare the project organization chart
• Establish and maintain trades and labor workforce
• Ensure on-site induction training is carried out
• Coordinate with the Commercial Department to plan project cash flow at the early project stage
• Follow and confirm that interim and final payments are collected on time and project cash flow is maintained
• Confirm all required insurances and guarantees are placed and updated for project implementation
• Provide monthly risk assessment reports
