## Title: Programme and Partnerships Manager

Position Overview

The Programme and Partnerships Manager coordinates the implementation of consulting assignments and manages relationships with project partners and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in Addis Ababa, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate the planning and implementation of consulting projects
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal project teams, consultants, and technical experts to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations

Partnership Development

  • Support partnership development and collaboration initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, partners, and consultants
  • Facilitate coordination and information sharing through reporting among project stakeholders

Project Development

  • Assist in identifying relevant opportunities and consulting assignments aligned with the organization's strategic priorities
  • Support the preparation of project proposals and concept notes

Reporting and Knowledge Management

  • Assist in preparing progress reports, technical reports, and project documentation
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Document project lessons learned and best practices to support knowledge sharing and organizational learning
