Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production & Technical Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at our PPE production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, high equipment reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations at the production facility
• Develop and implement efficient production planning strategies
• Ensure high equipment reliability and maintenance standards
• Optimize production processes and workflows
• Manage technical teams and coordinate with other departments
