About the Role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the production floor during assigned shifts and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role requires strong hands-on experience in printing and the ability to independently manage all production-related activities during non-normal working hours. During night shifts and off-hours, the Production Supervisor acts as the senior operational authority on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Ensure printed products comply with customer specifications and internal quality standards
• Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and shift outputs
• Reduce waste, downtime, and rework while monitoring raw material usage
• Act as the senior operational leader during night shifts and off-hours
• Manage press, post-press, and all supporting production activities during off-hours
• Supervise, motivate, and coach production staff
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure effective shift handovers
• Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Implement Lean, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives
