The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality control, managing manpower, and maintaining factory safety and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production of construction chemical products (admixtures, waterproofing, coatings, dry mix mortars, etc.)Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targetsEnsure product quality standards and proper documentationMonitor raw materials usage, batch processes, and stock levelsLead factory workers and ensure safe working conditionsTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the technical and quality departmentsPrepare daily/weekly production reportsEnsure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards
