Our company is the pioneer in introducing Ready-Mix concrete, Magnesium board/panel technology, Light Gauge Steel, K Span, and Kum Kang building system to Ethiopia and maybe East Africa.This guarantees customer satisfaction and trust by providing high-quality products, high service that is useful, safe, and reliable. Duties and Responsibilities Procurement PlanningPrepare annual and project-based procurement plansCoordinate with engineering, finance, and project teamsForecast material, equipment, and service needsEnsure procurement aligns with project timelines Supplier Sourcing & SelectionIdentify reliable suppliers and contractorsRequest quotations (RFQ), tenders, or proposalsEvaluate bids technically and financiallyConduct supplier due diligenceMaintain supplier database Cost Control & Budget ManagementCompare prices and negotiate best dealsEnsure value for moneyMonitor market price trends (cement, steel, etc.)Prevent overpricing and fraudSupport cost-saving strategies Contract ManagementDraft and review purchase orders and contractsEnsure compliance with company policiesMonitor contract performanceManage amendments and variations     Material & Equipment ProcurementPurchase construction materials (cement, steel, sand, etc.)Procure heavy machinery and rental equipmentEnsure quality standards are metCoordinate delivery schedules with site managers        Logistics & Delivery CoordinationTrack shipments and deliveriesResolve delays or supply issuesCoordinate with warehouse and store teamsEnsure materials arrive on time to avoid project delays     Compliance & DocumentationEnsure procurement follows legal and company policiesMaintain procurement recordsPrepare procurement reportsSupport audits         Risk ManagementIdentify supply chain risksDevelop alternative supplier optionsManage price fluctuation risksPrevent project stoppage due to material shortage
