Pharm Sales  Officer

About the Position

Trade Reem International Trading PLC is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Officer to generate leads and meet sales objectives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients
• Listen to client needs and identify solutions that meet their requirements
• Persuade customers to purchase products using effective selling techniques and cost-benefit analysis
• Monitor and analyze market data and competitive conditions to identify opportunities
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and industry symposiums
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies for consistent messaging
• Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with customers
• Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Meet or exceed established sales goals
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Obtain deposits and collect payment balances from clients
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services
• Maintain comprehensive client records
• Answer client questions regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability

Required Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
