Network (portal) Coordinator

Job Summary

The Network Portal Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the ATM monitoring portal and communication network to ensure all ATMs remain operational, connected, and secure. The role serves as the central point for tracking ATM performance, coordinating network issue resolutions, and ensuring that data and transaction flow remain uninterrupted. This position works closely with the IT, operations, and vendor support teams to optimize network efficiency and service availability.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the ATM monitoring portal and communication network
• Track ATM performance and system health across the network
• Coordinate resolution of network issues with IT, operations, and vendor support teams
• Interpret system alerts, logs, and performance data
• Document system performance and network incidents
• Respond to network outages and connectivity issues
• Ensure data and transaction flow remain uninterrupted
• Optimize network efficiency and service availability

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of ATM communication protocols, monitoring systems, and transaction networks
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP concepts
• Ability to interpret system alerts, logs, and performance data
• Effective collaboration and communication skills between technical and operational teams
• Attention to detail in monitoring alerts and documenting system performance
• Quick and structured problem-solving approach to identifying and resolving network issues
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection best practices
