Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Manager to join One Planet International School PLC in Addis Ababa. This is a full-time position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Manage brand positioning and corporate communications
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, preferences, behaviors, and competitive analysis
• Oversee content creation, social media, and advertising initiatives
• Manage the marketing budget
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to support revenue growth
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach
• Oversee public relations efforts and manage partnerships, including media relations with influencers, educational institutions, corporations, embassies, UN offices, and community organizations
• Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and workshops to engage with potential users and partners
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Track and report on the performance and impact of partnerships and marketing initiatives
