Logistics Supervisor - Outreach Korem Project

About the Position

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily logistics activities and providing maintenance to MSF equipment, facilities, and infrastructures according to MSF standards and protocols. The primary objective is to maintain all facilities in optimal condition while collaborating in the development of the mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance activities of infrastructures and equipment according to MSF standards
• Ensure regular check and follow-up of facilities through daily visits, reporting anomalies or problems, and evaluating rehabilitation needs
• Follow up on minor building rehabilitation work according to supervisor's instructions
• Verify that premises observe security norms and monitor electricity consumption and bills
• Plan required checks and maintenance activities of energy systems with the line manager according to MSF standards
• Coordinate and lead maintenance activities, including daily supervision, quality monitoring, and task definition
• Draw up working schedules and organize team meetings
• Participate in the recruitment of daily workers and attend logistics meetings
• Plan and oversee timely preventive and curative maintenance of all premises and equipment
• Instruct and monitor maintenance staff on quality work habits and standard checks
• Manage and follow up on orders, including collecting logistics orders and drawing up purchase requests according to supply procedures
• Provide technical support to the purchaser and conduct local purchases according to MSF supply procedures
• Perform delegated tasks as specified in the job description
