Junior Coffee & Sesame Export Officer

DRAZ GROUP CO., LTD (ETHIOPIA BRANCH) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Coffee & Sesame Export Officer to support our export trade operations. The role focuses on export documentation, regulatory compliance, logistics coordination, and international trade processes for coffee and sesame seed products.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end export operations for coffee and sesame seed shipments.Prepare and manage export documentation including:Commercial invoicesPacking listsSales contractsCertificates of originPhytosanitary certificatesInsurance and shipping documentsEnsure compliance with export regulations and international trade standards.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics teams.Follow up on payment terms such as LC, TT, and CAD.Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.Communicate with international buyers regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
