Join our transformative vision and help shape a better tomorrow with us.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide timely technical support to staff on hardware, software, network and system related issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.Support users in core banking systems, business applications, and digital platforms.Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets within agreed service timelines.Conduct basic user training and guidance on proper system usage and IT policies.Assist in maintaining availability and performance of enterprise and core banking applications.Support system upgrades, installations, and testing activities.Ensure proper system access control and user account management.Report recurring system issues and recommend improvements.Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN connectivity and network devices.Support internet connectivity, VPN access, and branch communication systems.Monitor network performance and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets.Support hardware installation, relocation, and maintenance.Ensure devices are maintained according to IT asset management procedures.Ensure adherence to IT security policies and safe computing practices.Assist in antivirus updates, system patching, and endpoint protection.Report security incidents, system breaches, or suspicious activities.Support data backup activities and basic disaster recovery procedures.Maintain support logs, technical documentation, and user records.Prepare periodic reports on support activities and common issues.Perform any other IT related duties assigned by the Supervisor.Terms of Employment: Permanent Salary: As per the Institution's salary scale Closing Date: February 24, 2026
