Internal Auditor

About the Role

Birsiyon Holding Company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team in Addis Ababa. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to organizational excellence through comprehensive internal audit functions across our subsidiaries and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across subsidiaries and business units
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Review procurement, inventory, production, and fixed asset management processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to management
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior leadership
