## Title: HR Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with organizational vision, country laws, and international best practices
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Assist with employee relations cases and matters
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees
  • Facilitate the implementation of planned staff training and employee career development programs
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Respond promptly and effectively to urgent, unexpected, or new matters
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and new requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
